Let Them Eat (Salted Caramel Drip) Cake!

I'm so thrilled to be working on a new cake for a very special client's wedding. When she told me, "I don't really like cake," I was determined to change her mind. And I have just the cake to do it! I've been dying to make one of those semi-naked, flower-bedecked drip cakes that are all the rage these days. After testing my salted caramel recipe on friends and family, I know I've got a winner for the delicious drips, the question is, what flavors should I choose for the cake? I'm leaning toward a brown butter inspired tier and a chocolate mocha tier, but I'm open to suggestion... For now, feast your eyes on this lovely inspiration cake from weddingomania.
